This dip is so good, you’ll want to turn it into dinner. Bake russet potatoes, scoop out the insides, mash with sour cream and cheddar, stir in Buffalo Dip, then spoon it back into the shells. Top with bacon, scallions, and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Bake 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
