How does this work?
We try to make it as simple as possible! You simply buy your Crock'n CLE packets and follow the instructions labeled directly on the packaging. For the most part you just add your choice of protein and a kitchen staple or two! We make sure to give you the list of any "extras" needed!
How many people does each packet serve?
Each packet makes 6 generous servings.
Where are your products made?
100% of our products are made in Lakeline, Ohio.
How long do they last?
We do not keep backstock, all of our products are made to order as they are received. Each packet is good for at least 1 year.
Where can I find a list of ingredients?
All ingredients are listed on each package & on the individual product page on our website.
Orders, Returns + Shipping
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, any product being returned has to be returned in its original unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase.
When will my order ship?
We are currently shipping orders within 5-7 business days. This is subject to change at any time. Please note turnaround time does not include weekends or holidays.
My tracking info says my order was delivered, but I haven't received anything. What do I do?
We know it’s the worst when this happens! We’ve been having issues with mistimed tracking info, so please wait 48 hours (and be sure to check surrounding areas and with your neighbors!). If your package still hasn’t arrived, please feel free to reach out to us orders@crockncle.com.
