What You'll Need

· 2 lbs flank steak, sirloin, or stir-fry beef cut into strips · 1-2 Tbsp sesame oil · 1/2 cup soy sauce · 1 cup water · 1 (12 oz) bag frozen broccoli

Crockpot Directions

Add the packet and ingredients (except broccoli) to crockpot. Stir. Cover. Cook. Add broccoli during the last 30-60 minutes of cook time. Serve over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.

Alternative Cooking Method

Stovetop: Sear beef strips in a hot pan with sesame oil. Add soy sauce, water, and packet. Bring to a boil then simmer 15 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 5 more minutes until tender. Serve over rice.
