Crockpot Directions

Place chicken in crockpot and season lightly with salt. Add bacon, packet, and water. Cover. Cook. Shred chicken in the crockpot. During the last 30 minutes, add cream cheese and cheddar. Stir until melted and combined. Serve hot. Garnish with extra bacon or cheese if desired.

Instant Pot: Add chicken, bacon, packet, and water. Cook HIGH pressure 15 minutes. Quick release. Shred chicken, add cream cheese and cheddar and stir on saute mode until melted and combined.
