Crockpot Directions

Place frozen meatballs in crockpot. Add seasoning packet, butter, and pepperoncini (peppers and juice). For a milder flavor, use 1/2 jar pepperoncini instead. Cover. Cook. Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.

Alternative Cooking Method

Oven: Place meatballs in a baking dish. Add butter, pepperoncini, and packet. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes until butter is melted and meatballs are heated through. Serve with cooking juices spooned over the top.
