Crockpot Directions

Place chicken in crockpot and season lightly with salt. Add packet, crushed tomatoes, and water. Cover. Cook. Shred chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and incorporated. Serve over pasta, rice, or on sandwich rolls.

Alternative Cooking Method

Instant Pot: Place chicken in Instant Pot and season lightly with salt. Add packet, crushed tomatoes, and water. Cook on HIGH pressure 15 minutes. Quick release. Shred chicken directly in the pot and stir to combine with the sauce. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted. Serve over pasta, rice, or on sandwich rolls.
