A crowd pleaser!

I'm not a big beef vegetable soup fan and I loved it (as did the whole family). We added the optional potatoes and I think that was a good choice--it made a savory soup nice and hearty. We added frozen peas, green beans and corn, but I also think peppers and onions or some other combo would have worked, too. This is another win for CrocknCle!
