Crockpot Directions
Place chicken in crockpot. Add the packet, sun-dried tomatoes, water, and salt if desired. Cover. Cook. During the last 30 minutes, add cubed cream cheese and spinach, stir gently until combined. Serve hot over pasta or rice.

Stovetop: Sear chicken in olive oil in a large skillet. Add sun-dried tomatoes, water, and packet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add cream cheese and spinach and stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.
